As the Vuelta takes its final rest day today, I thought it would be a good chance to look ahead to the pivotal Stage 13 time trial coming up tomorrow. The stage is one of two GC set-pieces remaining in this year’s Vuelta, with the other being a summit finish on Stage 17, so it will be incredibly important to the overall outcome.
